The house stands at the bottom of a deep sea inlet where the river Invhir flows into the sea. We enjoy a wide sweeping view across the bay facing South-East to Rosmuc peninsula, and over the bog, North towards the Maumturk hills. When the sun comes out, the sea and streams gleam and sparkle. At high tide, the seals come right up to the pier just down from the house. And the light is everchanging, from season to season and from hour to hour.
